Weigh-In July 11, 2009

334.5 pounds
Incremental Loss: 1.8 pounds
Monthly Loss: 5.1 pounds
Total Loss: 26.3 pounds

Probably has to do with the fact I forgot to weigh before going on my epic bike journey about to be detailed. :-) But in fairness I'd also consumed breakfast, 2 large glasses of water, and the Best. Morning Snack. Ever.
