Food Log July 8, 2009

Breakfast: banana and potato/egg/bacon/cheese breakfast taco
Morning Snack: 2 Nature Valley roasted almond granola bars
Lunch: Zen chicken and broccoli white rice bowl with carrots and extra egg and a bite-sized Hershey's Special Dark
Afternoon Snack: 2 Special Darks and an apple with peanut butter
Dinner: Nutrisystem chicken wrap, tortilla chips, a Special Dark, and a box of raising
Liquid Refreshment: 5 glasses of water and 3 Coke Zeros
