Food Log July 19, 2009

Breakfast: 2 pieces of whole-wheat toast with peanut butter
Morning Snack: apple and carrots
Lunch: turkey, ham, and cheese Texandwich
Dinner: quarter-pounder w/cheese and medium fries

Liquid Refreshment: 4 glasses of water and 3 Diet Cokes
