Food Log July 22, 2009

Breakfast: a banana and a piece of whole-wheat toast with peanut butter
Morning Snack: carrots and a cup of trail mix that was spread throughout the day
Lunch: leftover fried rice from PF Chang's and 2 bite-sized Special Darks with almond
Afternoon Snack: apple with peanut butter and 2 bite-sized almond Special Darks (Pink Lady apple was kinda sour and needed something to wipe away the taste
Dinner: leftover beef lo mein from PF Chang's and a box of raisins
Evening Snack: a few (5?) tortilla chips and some queso

Liquid Refreshment: 7 glasses of water and 4 Diet Cokes
