Week #5 In Review

Pounds Lost: 1.9
Miles Walked: 17
Miles Biked: 10
Amount Raised for the Buffaloe Scholarship: $44 ($499 total)

First off, thanks for the encouragement! Reminded me why I'm doing this in the public eye, and I've gotten lots of good ideas. As this weekend was a serious slide for me, it was nice to see the weight similarly un-understandably not going up, so I'm feeling pretty good whatever the scale says each day.
