Food Log July 1, 2009

Breakfast: 1 piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter, a banana, and carrots
Morning Snack: half a turkey sandwich and 20 grapes
Lunch: Mooyah junior cheeseburger with 1/3-pound patty (jr? really?), lettuce, grilled onions, ketchup, mustard, mayo
Afternoon Snack: greens/carrots/provolone/almond salad and a chocolate-chunk granola bar
Dinner: half a turkey sandwich and 3 bite-sized Mr. Goodbars
Liquid Refreshment: 7 glasses of water and a Diet Coke
