Food Log July 21, 2009

Breakfast: english muffin with peanut butter and a banana
Morning Snack: 1 cup of trail mix spread throughout the day and 3 Mr. Goodbars
Lunch: Chili's turkey sandwich (and a mini-burger and 2 fries stolen off a friend's plate) and 2 Mr. Goodbars
Afternoon Snack: greens/carrots/almonds/grapes salad with Raspberry Pecan dressing and 3 Mr. Goodbars
Dinner: 2 Nutburger patties w/cheese and 1 set of whole-wheat buns, roasted potatoes, and a pretzel

Liquid Refreshment: 5 glasses of water and 3 Coke Zeros
