Food Log July 9, 2009

Breakfast: a banana and a bacon/potato/egg/cheese breakfast taco
Morning Snack: carrots
Lunch: turkey/havarti sandwich, some slivered almonds, and a Special Dark
Afternoon Snack: an apple with peanut butter and a chocolate chip cookie
Dinner: peanut butter sandwich and lots of slivered almonds, which got me hungry enough for a small bag of Cheetos
Liquid Refreshment: 6 glasses of water
