Food Log July 18, 2009

Breakfast: 2 pieces of whole-wheat toast with peanut butter
Morning Snack: small popcorn
Lunch: chicken relleno, rice, and broccoli at Iron Cactus
Dinner: 2 pieces of whole-wheat toast with peanut butter

Liquid Refreshment: 5 glasses of water and a Diet COke
