Food Log July 20, 2009

Breakfast: english muffin with peanut butter and a banana
Morning Snack: 1 cup of the trail mix spread throughout the day
Lunch: Jimmy John's Turkey Tom and 3 bite-sized Mr. Goodbars
Afternoon Snack: greens/carrots/almonds salad with Raspberry Pecan dressing and 3 Mr. Goodbars
Dinner: 2 crab wontons, a chicken lettuce wrap, and about half of a Beef Fried Rice dish at PF Chang's

Liquid Refreshment: 6 glasses of water and 2 Coke Zero's
