Food Log July 16, 2009

Breakfast: banana and a 2 bacon/cheese/egg breakfast tacos
Lunch: leftover chicken and rice from Monday plus part of a veggie tray
Afternoon Snack: trail mix
Dinner: tenderloin, potatoes, and a little sausage at a company cookout plus a lot of crackers afterwards

Liquid Refreshment: 6 glasses of water, about 3 Diet Cokes, and 3 glasses of eLoad(?) to help replenish electrolytes following the bike ride
