Exercise Log August 4, 2009

Took a 75-minute hatha yoga class. Not exactly high-energy, but I was sweating through a lot of it (nope, not the hot yoga where they crank up the heat, just that out of shape for holding myself up). I don't know if this will end up being my thing, but will at least finish the 8-session class I started and see how I feel then.

Also, they serve a cup of tea at the end, so that should've been in the food log (as well as the bit of trail mix I washed it down with).
