Food Log August 3, 2009

Breakfast: whole-wheat toast with peanut butter
Morning Snack: box of raisins
Lunch: whole-wheat turkey and baby swiss sandwich with carrots and broccoli and 5 tortilla chips
Afternoon Snack: 1 chicken/beef combo fajita with cheese and sour cream
Dinner: whole-wheat peanut butter sandwich
Evening Snack: 1 onion ring and a handful of trail mix

Liquid Refreshment: 4 glasses of water and 2 Coke Zeros
