Food Log August 21, 2009

Breakfast: leftover Chicken Romano and 1 bite-sized Special Dark
Morning Snack: 1 banana and 5 bite-sized Mr. Goodbars
Lunch: gyro and basmati rice at Pars
Afternoon Snack: 4 cookies and popcorn at the theater
Dinner: cheeseburger and fries from McDonald's

Liquid Refreshment: 3 glasses of water and 5 Coke Zeros
