Food Log August 18, 2009

Breakfast: sourdough English muffin with peanut butter
Lunch: cheeseburger and fries at Wendy's
Afternoon Snack: box of raisins
Dinner: turkey and swiss sandwich, bag of Baked Doritos, and banana
Evening Snack: small handful of trail mix and 3 stolen waffle fries

Liquid Refreshment: 4 glasses of water and 3 Diet Cokes
