Food Log August 7, 2009

Breakfast: 2 pieces of whole-wheat toast with peanut butter
Morning Snack: 1 bag of animal crackers
Lunch: cheeseburger and garlic parmesan fries at Cover3 with one bite of cod and about 1/2-cup macaroni and cheese stolen from fellow diners
Afternoon Snack: 1 bag Cheetos and 7 bite-sized Mr. Goodbars
Dinner: about 10 tortilla chips, a banana nut smoothie, a small Garden Patch salad, and farfalle gorgonzola at Mother's

Liquid Refreshment: 7 glasses of water and 2 Coke Zeros
