Food Log August 11, 2009

Breakfast: leftover pasta
Morning Snack: 1.5 chocolate donuts from Lone Star Bakery
Lunch: beef fried rice from PFChang's
Afternoon Snack: a Coke Classic and some trail mix
Dinner: 1 sourdough English muffin with peanut butter, greens/carrots/apple/almond salad with Cashew Tamari dressing, 2 orders of fries

Liquid Refreshment: 4 glasses of water and 2 Coke Zeros
