Food Log August 5, 2009

Breakfast: 2 pieces of whole-wheat toast with peanut butter
Morning Snack: 2 homemade chocolate chip cookies from a coworker
Lunch: 4 blueberry/banana nut minimuffins and 1 box of raisins
Afternoon Snack: 1 banana and 1 bag of Cheetos
Dinner: 2 banana nut minimuffins and a chicken-broccoli rice bowl with carrota and an extra egg from Zen

Liquid Refreshment: 8 glasses of water and 2 Diet Cokes
