Food Log August 19, 2009

Breakfast: bacon biscuit and banana-strawberry yogurt smoothie from ChickFilA
Lunch: Turkey Tom from Jimmy John's and a bite-sized Hershey's
Afternoon Snack: box of raisins
Dinner: Royal Red Robin burger and steak fries

Liquid Refreshment: 2 Diet Cokes and a lot of water
