Food Log August 17, 2009

Breakfast: 2 McDonald's hash browns
Morning Snack: asiago cheese bagel with honey almond cream cheese
Lunch: small Texadelphia cheesesteak and tortilla chips
Afternoon Snack: box of raisins
Dinner: chicken and broccoli white rice bowl with egg and carrots at Zen
Evening Snack: some crackers, cheese, squash, and gluten-free chocolate at a party

Liquid Refreshment: all water but I forgot to count
