Food Log August 13, 2009

Breakfast: 1 banana, a little trail mix, and 2 bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast tacos
Morning Snack: 2 bite-sized Special Darks
Lunch: rice/sour cream/cheese/lettuce burrito from Chipotle
Afternoon Snack: 1 bag of Cheetos and 2 carrot sticks
Dinner: tortilla chips and beef fajitas at Chuy's

Liquid Refreshment: 5 glasses of water and 4 Diet Cokes
